This service line focusses on GAAP topics. Often existing staff do not have the time or skills to effectively implement new accounting guidelines. We will assist you in bringing the project to a quick and succeful completion and if required embed the various accounting policies by training your staff on the various accounting topics involved.

Previous projects include conversion from Dutch GAAP to IFRS, US GAAP to IFRS, HGB to IFRS, implemententation of IAS 32 and IAS 39 requirements in a Financial Service industry, Training staff on IFRS and US GAAP and developing accounting manuals compliant with group GAAP.

This service line helps you to develop and embed changes in your finance organization after implementation of new accounting systems, desire to improve quality and speed of the financial close or after implementation of more stringent interal or external policies and procedures. The previous mentioned service lines often require changes to your finance organization either in skill or operating procedures.

Previous projects included analysis of month end close procedures at a US organization to improve quality of close, introduction through training, coaching and personnel change of new accounting procedures at a Japanes subsidiary.
